Integrity in Hidden Places, Day 7- Sunday Selah

Day 7- Sunday Selah
Ruth P McDonald

“You desire truth in the inward parts, and in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom.” (Psalm 51:6, NKJV)

As we’ve been discussing integrity this week, we know that being a person of integrity begins in our minds and hearts. We can’t pretend and we can’t quickly produce this character trait; it takes years of building—yet only moments to destroy. God desires His people to be known as people of integrity, so we must be wise enough to desire what He desires in us, and then be obedient and committed to living in a way that honors Him.

As we come before Him today, may each of us search our hearts for areas in which our integrity might be compromised. He knows our deepest parts, so there’s no need to try to camouflage ourselves. May we be willing to remove any masks, confess any sin, and come before Him with pure hearts, unstained and ready for worship.
